Ingredients: 

Eggplant, Onion, Ghee, Cumin, Tomato, Salt, Coriander, Garlic, Chili Powder, Green chili, Turmeric Powder

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 130ml of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop 

2. Turn off the flame, empty the pack and stir well. 

3. Close the lid for 3 mins 

4. Stir well, serve hot with Roti/Rice and enjoy
