Green peas and fenugreek leaves pair together in a creamy cashew-onion gravy made with roasted spices. A favorite in many North Indian kitchens!

Ingredients:

Milk Cream, Cashew, Onion, Ghee, Fenugreek leaves, Butter, Garlic, Green Chili, Milk, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Turmeric, Rosemary Extract, Cinnamon.

Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Boil 7oz (210 ml) of water. Add smaller green peas pack and cook for 6 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat. Open curry pack and remove white freshness sachet inside and empty contents.
  3. Stir for 2 minutes. Serve hot with roti or rice and enjoy!

Microwave Instructions:

Empty smaller green peas pack into a bowl and add 7.5oz (220 ml) of water. Microwave for 5 minutes. Open curry pack and remove white freshness sachet inside. Empty the curry pack and stir well. Serve hot with roti or rice and enjoy.
