Rice, Split pigeon peas, Split chickpeas, Split black gram, Tamarind, Turmeric, Coconut, Red chilli, Asafoetida, Salt, Mustard, Coriander seeds, Coconut oil, Sesame, Cumin, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Pepper, Star anise, Dried kapok buds
Cooking Instructions :
- Empty pack into Instapot (or pressure cooker), add 510 ml water
- Set to HIGH pressure and select rice setting (or 4 whistles for pressure cooker)
- Once complete, let it rest for 8 mins, then open and stir well
- Serve hot with papad/chips and enjoy
