Fragrant yellow lentils are cooked to perfection with tomatoes and then gently tempered with a medley of spices and a touch of garlic.
Ingredients:
Split Pigeon Peas, Tomato, Onion, Coconut Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Cilantro, Green Chili, Cumin, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Rosemary Extract, Salt.
Cooking Instructions :
- Boil 9oz (260 ml) of water. Open pack and remove white freshness sachet inside.
- Empty pack and Cook on medium flame for 2 min, then turn off heat, cover with lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Stir well, serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy
Microwave Instructions:
Open pack and discard white freshness sachet. Empty pack into a bowl and add 9 oz (260 ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 2 minutes. Cover for 5 minutes. Serve hot with roti or rice and enjoy!
