A comforting blend of buttery lentils and fragrant rice cooked together with a medley of aromatic spices.
Ingredients:
Split pigeon peas, Basmati rice, Tomato, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut oil,
Salt, Green chili, Cumin, Chili powder, Rosemary Extract, Turmeric.
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil 11oz (330 ml) of water. Open pack and remove white freshness sachet inside and empty contents.
- Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes. Then turn off the heat, cover with lid and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Stir well, serve hot with papad or chips and enjoy!
Microwave Instructions:
Open pack and remove white freshness sachet. Empty pack into a bowl and add 11oz (330 ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 4 minutes. Cover for 2 minutes. Serve hot with papad or chips and enjoy!
